Cybersecurity. AI. Music. Human Behaviour. Education.
Three domains, one investigation: how do complex systems — human, organisational, musical — actually work, why do they break, and what does it take to make them whole?

Frameworks for how humans process, develop, and get stuck — connecting neuroscience, developmental psychology, and contemplative traditions. The Architecture of Transcendence, the Four Stages of Understanding, and research into embodied knowing across six wisdom traditions.

Bassist, violist, and music educator. Creator of the Pulse of Music framework — a multi-dimensional model for ensemble time feel, built on 20 years of performing and 15 years of teaching across jazz, Latin, funk, and classical traditions.
The Thread
I built frameworks across cybersecurity, human development, and music before I understood they were the same framework. An AuDHD diagnosis at 37 named what had always been there: a brain that sees structural patterns everywhere and five masks built to hide the cost of seeing. The unmasking revealed that the pattern I'd been mapping in every domain — institutions scale the exterior and drop the interior — was also the pattern I'd been living.
Frameworks
The same question runs through all three domains: how do complex systems — human, organisational, musical — actually work, why do they break, and what does it take to make them whole? These two frameworks are the answer from different instruments. One studies how humans process, develop, and transcend. The other studies how musicians lock in — and why the body knows before the mind does.
The Architecture of Transcendence
A Unified Theory of Human Processing, Development, and CooperationA unified theory integrating five dimensions — Mechanism, Direction, Pipeline, Conditions, and Configuration — into a single explanation of how humans think, feel, decide, act, cooperate, get stuck, and transcend. From neurological mechanism to civilisational dynamics. 10 chapters + appendices.
Pulse of Music
A Multi-Dimensional Framework for Ensemble Time FeelTime feel is the foundational skill in music — more fundamental than harmony or rhythm. Four embodied categories, four pocket dimensions, a neurological foundation, and a pedagogical model that inverts conventional music education.
